The ILUSANMI TTL (Thrift-to-Land) Scheme offers a simple, structured path to land ownership through collective effort and disciplined thrift. It’s designed for investors who want to own land without paying the full amount upfront.
How It Works
1. Group Formation:
Ten individuals come together to form a THRIFT group.
2. Initial Payment:
Each member contributes 10% of the total land cost:
₦45,000 for Self-Management
₦85,000 for Proxy Management
3. Monthly Contributions:
Members continue to contribute monthly over the next ten months. Contributions follow a thrift pattern, directly funding the purchase of a plot in the name of ONE beneficiary per month, selected by ballot.
4. Provisional Receipt:
The land is purchased in the beneficiary’s name, and they receive an invoice and provisional receipt, confirming their stake in the land.
5. Protection from Price Hikes:
Your investment is shielded from market fluctuations, ensuring no additional costs or upward price reviews during the cycle.
6. End of Cycle:
At the end of the ten-month cycle, all members who have completed their contributions become landowners, receiving permanent receipts and land documents (after documentation fees), solidifying their ownership.
