When you buy a 464 sqm plot from us at ₦850,000, you gain the benefits of a fully managed oil palm farm. After completing your payment (including a ₦100,000 per plot documentation fee), you’ll receive your invoice, receipt, and land sale agreement.

From there, we take care of everything: land clearing, cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, and sales, while you relax and watch your investment grow.

This plan is ideal for clients and investors who may not have the time or expertise to manage their own farmland. Managing just one or two plots independently can be costly and inefficient; however, through our shared management system, we leverage economies of scale across several farmlands to reduce costs and maximise profitability for every investor.

Your oil palm trees begin to yield in the fourth year, reaching full maturity by year five, when you start receiving annual profits. Returns are distributed transparently, with 55% allocated to you (the investor) and 45% retained by us for management and operational expenses.

Each hectare (approximately 2.5 acres) is expected to produce around 4 metric tons of red palm oil per year, generating steady income for up to 25 years of harvest. After this period, the farm estate transitions into a residential estate, and you’re free to develop, sell, or retain your land as you wish. By that time, we project the land’s value could have appreciated by over 1000%.

Early withdrawals and refunds are not permitted (since funds are committed to active farm operations and management costs); investors may transfer their plots or allocations to other interested buyers at the prevailing market rate.
